TickEat – Privacy Policy

మీ Privacy మాకు చాలా ముఖ్యం. TickEat app వాడినప్పుడు మీ data ఎలా collect చేస్తామో, ఎందుకు వాడతామో, ఎవరితో share చేస్తామో ఈ policy లో clearly explain చేశాం. App వాడటం ద్వారా మీరు ఈ policy కి agree అవుతున్నారు.

5. Data Security

అన్ని connections HTTPS ద్వారా encrypted గా transmit అవుతాయి
Supabase లో data Row Level Security (RLS) తో protect చేయబడింది
Mixed content (HTTP) load కాకుండా prevent చేశాం
File URLs కి cross-origin access disable చేశాం
మీ password ని మేము ఎప్పుడూ store చేయదు

6. Data Retention (Data ఎంత కాలం ఉంటుంది)

Account data: Account delete చేసే వరకు
Order data: Order complete అయిన తర్వాత 1 day లో automatically delete అవుతుంది
Order history: Legal requirements బట్టి (సాధారణంగా 3 years)
Location data: Session పూర్తయిన వెంటనే delete అవుతుంది
FCM Token: App uninstall చేస్తే automatically expire అవుతుంది
Cache: Device లో, user లేదా OS clear చేసే వరకు

7. మీ Rights

    మీరు మీ personal data గురించి ఈ rights కలిగి ఉంటారు:

8. Children's Privacy

TickEat app 13 సంవత్సరాల కంటే తక్కువ వయసు పిల్లలకు intended కాదు. మేము knowingly children's personal data collect చేయదు. మీకు ఇలాంటి data గురించి తెలిస్తే వెంటనే మాకు contact చేయండి.

9. Policy Changes

ఈ privacy policy మేము అప్పుడప్పుడు update చేయవచ్చు. Major changes ఉంటే app notification ద్వారా inform చేస్తాం. Latest version ఎప్పుడూ app లో మరియు website లో available ఉంటుంది.
